You can always ask us for changes if we made any mistake or you want to correct small things like key changes or some bars you do not like. We are reasonable and flexible.

Can I make the changes myself then?

Yes. You can use the additional files we will be sending you to change the sheet music and arrange it the way you like.

Can you send me a sample of my song before I pay?

We do not create free samples of your particular piece, although we have plenty of samples so you can have a very good idea of how your finished product will look like. Nevertheless, we can start with only the first minute of the transcription or just a few bars for a small fee so you can see if you like our services.

I want to try your services but I don’t want to commit to the full project – is that OK?

That is fine. We can start with a portion of the song for a significantly lower fee, see how it goes, and take it from there.

About us

Who are you?

We are a team of 15 musicians, professional music transcribers, arrangers and music composers, and we have one thing in common: we are passionate about music. We are based in Barcelona, New York, Sydney and London and we work for customers from all over the world: mainly US, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Our purpose is to help many musicians around the world who don’t have the skills – or the time – to create their customized transcriptions and arrangements.

Since 2011 many wonderful musicians have joined our team as employees and we are part of something special, meaningful and useful. We believe a friendly customer service and a talented group of music transcribers is the best way to tackle an every-day-problem in the music industry.

Where are you based?

We are based in Barcelona, New York, Sydney and London and we work for customers from all over the world: mainly US, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

How do you transcribe music? Do you use a transcription software?

We transcribe and arrange the music by ear and manually typing in our music notation software every single note. This involves a lot of time from our music transcribing team. We do not use music transcription software because it delivers poor results and at My Sheet Music Transcriptions we strive to provide a world-class transcription service.

Who do you usually work for?

We work with a lot of different people: composers/songwriters that want their music transcribed, music lovers that want to play their favorite songs and cannot find the sheet music online, singers that need a particular piece for an audition, orchestra conductors, music schools,…

The only thing we all have in common is that music is our passion 🙂
