1. Ask: Contact us and send us a Youtube link or audio file of the song that you want us to transcribe. We will get back to you with a price quote and the expected delivery time.
2. Place your order: If everything sounds reasonable, we will send you the instructions to place your payment using PayPal, credit or debit card. We will start transcribing your music right away and keep you posted on the progress.
3. Print and play! As soon as your request is finished, your music score will be sent via email. We will include the sheet music in a PDF printable file (.pdf) as well as Midi (.mid), Finale (.musx), Sibelius (.sib), and MusicXML (.xml) files.
4. Send us your feedback: Let us know if there is anything that we can do to change or improve the sheet for you.

You can always ask us for edits if there have been any inconsistencies on our part or if you would like minor changes such as key transpositions or some small details.

Yes. You can use the additional files we will be sending you to further edit the sheet music in any way you wish. We will include editable Sibelius, Finale, XML or midi files free of charge with your order.
We do not provide free samples of your specific request, although we have plenty of transcription samples that we can send you so that you have a very good idea of what the finished product will look like.

A midi file is a Musical Instrument Digital Interface. It’s a way to connect devices that make or control sound — synthesizers, samplers, or computers — so they can communicate with each other, using midi messages.
If you open it in a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) you will be able to edit it and hear a rough representation of the music. Please do not expect this to sound as if it would be played by a human performer.
These are both files from the specific score notation software programs we use to manually write out the music we transcribe note-for-note.
.sib Sibelius files can only be opened in Sibelius music notation software.
.musx Finale files can only be opened in Finale music notation software.
MusicXML is a file format containing music notation information. It can be opened by any music notation software such as Sibelius, Finale, or MuseScore. We generate these files from our preferred notation software programs, so that they can be compatible with other ones. More info can be found here.
The service provided is intended for private non-commercial use. You can enjoy it at home with friends and family but cannot resell, distribute or publish without consent.
If we transcribe or arrange your original music, we will not withhold any rights and you are free to use it as you wish.
If we transcribe your original compositions and songs, we will not withhold any rights on the sheet music. The scores provided will belong to you, so you will be able to distribute, share, sell, etc. as you wish.
You will only be able to sell our transcriptions online if they are your original compositions. In any other case, the score will be intended for private, non-commercial use only.
