A step by step guide through the payment process


Fill in the amount due to pay and click “Add to order”

Fill in the amount due to pay as agreed in previous communications via email. No need to put decimals or the currency.

Double-check that the amount is correct and click “Add to order”.

You will see that the corresponding amount will be added to your order summary right below. The product description will come up as  “My Sheet Music Transcription Services”.


Fill in the billing information for your order

Fill in your personal details as you would do in any other online shop. You can tick the box to create an account with us and your billing information will be stored. Alternatively, you can checkout as a guest.

Please be sure to write the address correctly, as well as the phone number with the country code.

If you already have an account, you can log in at the top of the page.

Keep in mind that the fields marked with a red asterisk are compulsory.


Select your preferred payment method

You can either select “Debit or Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard)” or “PayPal and other cards” as per your preference. Both options are secure and encrypt your card information.

Keep in mind that PayPal may apply additional charges. If you choose that option, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment gateway that will guide you throughout the rest of the process.


Insert your card information

If you have selected the “Debit or Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard)” option, please insert your card information. 

The card security code (CSC) is usually a 3-digit number and is typically printed on the back of the credit card (usually next to the signature). You can click on the “?” button for further information.


Two-step verification

When you select ‘proceed to verification’ this will lead you to a two-step verification process. Please make sure you complete it.

The two-step verification is a process requested by your credit card issuer that involves two authentication methods performed one after the other to verify that your access request is legitimate and authorized.

After filling out your credit card information (step 1), a code will be sent to your mobile phone via text, voice call, or via your bank’s mobile app (step 2). You will need to confirm that it’s really you who is making the payment. 

If it is not completed successfully the transaction will be denied for security reasons.


How will you know if the transaction was successful?

The “Thank you!” landing page -displayed in green color as featured in the picture- will pop up: your payment was submitted successfully! We will get in touch with you within the next hours to confirm that we have received the transaction. You should also receive an automatic email with the summary of your order and, if you have an account, the order should show up in your Orders tab.

If it hasn’t been successful, please try again, try the PayPal option, contact us, or contact your financial institution for further support.
